Digital Product Eligibility

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Once a digital file has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. This includes — but is not limited to — instant downloads, digital design files, templates, and other downloadable assets.

By completing a purchase from Muttchon, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Why Digital Products Are Non-Refundable

Digital downloads are delivered instantly and cannot be physically returned or revoked once accessed. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for digital products.

We strongly encourage customers to review all product descriptions, previews, file details, and compatibility information before completing their purchase.

Exceptions & Support

While refunds are not offered, we are committed to ensuring you receive the product as described.

Please contact us if:

• You experience a technical issue with your download

• You receive the wrong file due to an error on our end

• The file is corrupted or incomplete

In these cases, we will gladly assist by:

• Providing a corrected or replacement file

• Helping troubleshoot access or download issues

Support requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase.
